Have been very bad about updating since I came back, but I am back to London and (unfortunately) back to work. I did get my visa application submitted in the end after a lot of trials including finding out there was a new form at the very last second and then running out of ink when I tried to print it out. Finally made it back to where I am supposed to be, only a full day and a few hours after I was supposed to arrive. Once I got to Chicago my flight ended up being delayed once again, which was so not a surprise. Pretty much every single flight on American Airlines was delayed. So the weekend involved a lot of birthday parties. Why is it that birthdays always come in clumps? And the clumps always seem to be in the spring/early summer. No classes in the afternoon today thanks to teachers doing home visits. That's something I'm glad hasn't been instituted for teachers in the US yet. Anyway, I made a few quick stops on the way back to the BOE and picked up Silver Diamond 8 as well as a few manga I'd been looking for at Book Off. No Silver Diamond in Ichi Raki this month sadly.
